📍 Each product page includes a Size Chart specific to that item — we recommend checking it before ordering as sizing may vary between styles. When in doubt, size up for a more relaxed fit. We offer sizes from 0–3 months (babies) all the way up to 3XL (adults), plus dog sizes in S, M, and L.

Q2: Can I mix and match sizes within a family set?

Q1: Where do you ship from?
📍 We ship from our fulfillment center and work with premium international carriers to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Q2: Do you offer free shipping?
📍Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders of $89 or more to the US, Canada, and Europe. Orders under $89 ship for a flat rate of $7.99.

Q3: How long does shipping take?
📍 Total delivery time = processing time + transit time.
• Processing time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri)
• US Standard: 6–12 business days transit
• US Express: 5–10 business days transit ($10.99)
• Canada Standard: 6–13 business days transit
• Europe Standard: 6–12 business days transit
• Switzerland: 6–15 business days transit ($10.99)
• Iceland Economy: 10–20 business days transit (weight-based)

Q4: Are duties and taxes included?
📍Yes! Customs duties and taxes are already included in your product price. You won't be charged anything extra at delivery.

Returns & Cancellation

Q1: What is your return policy?
📍 If you're not satisfied, you can request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging. Email support@werematching.com to start — we'll send instructions within 1–3 business days. Please don't ship anything back without authorization first.

Q2: Can I change or cancel my order?
📍• Before shipment: Cancel or modify free within 24 hours of placing your order.
• In transit (before customs): We'll try to intercept — 10% processing fee if successful.
• Already shipped: Accept delivery and follow our return process.

Q3: Who pays for return shipping?
📍 If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost. For all other reasons, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Q4: How long does a refund take?
📍 Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it within 3 business days and notify you by email. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7 business days. Timing may vary by bank.
