Refunds & Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order. To begin, please contact us at werematching.service@outlook.com

Refund Eligibility

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, free from stains or damage, and with all original packaging included.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping fee.

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels except for defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

Due to frequent inventory changes, we only accept exchange requests within 24 hours of placing your order and before shipment.

  • To request a size change before your order ships, please email us immediately with your order number and the new size you need.

  • Once an order has shipped, exchanges are no longer possible. You would need to follow our standard return process instead.

  • To avoid sizing issues, we strongly recommend reviewing our size chart before placing your order.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment. Please note that cancellations are subject to a handling fee of 8–15% of the order value.

  • Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

  • Please allow extra time for logistics tracking updates, as international shipping carriers may delay status changes.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are lost or stolen after delivery. If your package is missing despite being marked as delivered, please contact your local post office for assistance. If you require further support, feel free to reach out to us.
