Refunds & Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. To begin, please contact us at support@werematching.com📩. Our team will respond with detailed return instructions within 1–3 business days.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-quality issues.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your clothing arrives damaged or with visible stains, please take photos immediately and contact us. We will resolve the issue for you within 1–3 business days.


Refund Eligibility

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original packaging.

Processing & Timeline

  • Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the items and notify you via email within 3 business days.

  • Payout: Approved refunds are typically credited to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that actual processing times may vary depending on your bank. Delays may also occur during holidays or exceptional circumstances.
  • Please Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns Cost & Addresses

  • Customer: Responsible for return shipping costs on non-quality issues (e.g., remorse or incorrect size).

  • Merchant: Covers costs only if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. No prepaid labels are provided otherwise.

  • ⚠️ Critical Note on Unauthorized Returns: Please email us at support@werematching.com 📩 to request return authorization prior to shipping your return. We cannot match packages to your order without prior email approval. Unauthorized returns will be rejected by our warehouse and cannot be processed for a refund.

Order Changes & Exchanges

  • Before Shipment: Size or address modifications are only accepted within 24 hours of ordering. Email support@werematching.com📩 immediately with your Order Number.

  • After Shipment: Shipped orders cannot be changed or exchanged. Please follow our Return Process for a refund and place a new order for the correct size.

  • Sizing Reminder: To ensure a perfect fit, please carefully review our size chart before purchasing.

Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled before they ship. Please email us at support@werematching.com 📩  immediately with your Order Number to request a cancellation.
  • After Shipment: Once an order enters the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. Please follow our standard Return Process upon delivery.
  • Tracking Note: For international shipments, tracking updates may occasionally be delayed by carriers. Your order may already be in transit even if the status hasn't updated.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Carrier Delivery: Once a package is marked as successfully delivered by the carrier, ownership transfers to the buyer. We cannot be held liable for items lost or stolen post-delivery.

  • How to Proceed: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors and contact your local post office immediately to file a carrier claim.
