Refund & Return Policy
Refunds
We accept refund and return requests within 7 days of receiving your item. To start the return process, please contact us at werematching.service@outlook.com.
For a refund, your item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, and in its original packaging.
Returns
To initiate a return, email us at the address above. Once we receive your return package, you will be notified via email, and your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that only the cost of the product will be refunded; shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not provide free return labels, except for damaged items.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Exchanges
Due to our changing inventory, exchanges are only available within 24 hours of placing your order and before shipment. We strongly recommend checking our size charts for each product to ensure the correct fit. If your order has not shipped and you need to change the size, please contact us immediately with your order number and new size details.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot process exchange requests. In this case, you would need to follow our refund policy.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellations are only accepted before shipment. Please note, cancellations may incur a handling fee of 8-15% of the order amount. If the order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it.
Once your order has shipped, there may be a delay in logistics tracking updates due to international shipping services.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the provided address. If your package shows as delivered but is missing, it may have been stolen. Please contact your local post office for assistance. If you need additional information, feel free to reach out to us.
