3. Shipping Location & Dispatch Center

To maintain strict quality control and ensure each item is carefully inspected before leaving, all orders are packed and dispatched directly from our centralized international fulfillment center:

5. Custom Inspections, Lost Packages & Delays (Force Majeure)

  • Customs & Lost Packages: While we do our best to ensure a smooth delivery process, exceptional circumstances such as random customs inspections or packages lost in transit by the carrier are beyond our control (Force Majeure). These rare events may cause unexpected delivery delays.

  • Our Promise: If your order has not arrived within the estimated transit windows listed above, please contact us immediately at support@werematching.com 📩 with your Order Number. Our customer care team will investigate the issue and provide a resolution within 3 business days.

  • Peak Holiday Seasons: Due to increased seasonal volume, local carriers may experience occasional delays. To ensure your gifts arrive ahead of major holidays, we strongly recommend placing your orders as early as possible.
